Key Responsibilities IT Monitoring & Alerting -
Utilize tools such as VMware vROps Dell OpenManage SolarWinds Nagios Zabbix or equivalent platforms to monitor system health and performance.

Apply log management practices and foundational SIEM knowledge to support incident investigation and resolution.
Service Desk & Production Operations -
Maintain and update runbooks and SOPs for routine and critical operations.

Manage ticket workflows including triage escalation and resolution tracking.

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and oversee onboarding/offboarding processes for temporary or contingency staff.
Operational Governance -
Lead and support change management initiatives across production environments.

Candidate Profile -
