Job Summary

Pre-Sales Specialist (CPaaS/SaaS) - Mumbai

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the CPaaS and SaaS markets with a proven track record in pre-sales and product demonstration. This is a full-time proactive role focused on driving sales success through expert technical and product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth pre-sales activities including needs analysis solution design and proposal development for CPaaS and SaaS offerings.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to potential clients specific business requirements.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client objectives and articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the sales cycle addressing their queries and concerns.
Stay abreast of industry trends competitive landscape and advancements in CPaaS and SaaS technologies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor.
Contribute to the development of sales collateral including technical documentation and best practice guides.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Engineering Business).
Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of experience in pre-sales preferably within the CPaaS and SaaS sectors.
Proficiency in Pre-Sales methodologies Product Sales strategies CPaaS SaaS and Product Demonstration techniques.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
