Aligned Talent Acquisition partners with several respected mid-sized and boutique law firms throughout Chicago and the surrounding metro area that regularly hire Construction and Real Estate Litigation attorneys.
This posting represents ongoing hiring needs across our client base as firms expand their litigation practices serving developers contractors and property owners.

Were connecting with attorneys in the 38 year range who have experience handling complex construction disputes and real estate litigation.

Responsibilities

Handle construction defect contract and mechanics lien matters
Draft pleadings discovery and motions
Represent clients in mediation arbitration and court proceedings
Collaborate with transactional teams on risk management and project delivery

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; Illinois bar admission required or pending
38 years of construction or real estate litigation experience
Excellent communication and client management skills
Strong academic background

Compensation
$155000 $220000 base salary depending on firm size and experience
