Job Summary

Job title: Civil Litigation Attorney

Location: Princeton NJ

Salary:$115000 - $150000/year

What you will be doing:

Defend lawsuits against private commercial and public entities employees and individuals regarding various claims.
Handle cases involving negligence theories premises liability employment-related claims bullying sexual assaults insurance coverage and liability disputes.
Conduct legal research and draft motions pleadings discovery legal analysis reports and appeals.
Conduct depositions and witness interviews.
Appear in state and federal court or before legal forums including the DCR EEOC and other administrative agencies.
Participate in conferences oral arguments and hearings.

Experience you will need:

New Jersey licensed attorney.
2-7 years of civil litigation experience.
Ability to work independently and effectively with colleagues paralegals clients and insurance company representatives.
Proficient in technology legal research and computer/web-based data sources.
Clerkship following law school is preferred.
Writing sample required.
