Job Summary

Job title: Associate Attorney

Location: Santa Ana CA

Salary:$100000 - $120000/year

What you will be doing:

Conduct work in-office as a full-time employee.
Handle cases from beginning to end including initial investigation and analysis.
Draft pleadings motions briefs arguments statements and settlement documents.
Manage in-court experience handling status and motion hearings.
Participate in trials as needed.

Experience you will need:

Experience in civil litigation preferably working on behalf of corporations and businesses.
Juris Doctor from ABA accredited law school and licensed to practice in the State of California.
Capable of working independently on-site and as a team member.
Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
Ability to review and analyze depositions and other documents.
Experience managing a high-volume practice with staff assistance.
