Role Overview
The OneLZ Account Manager is responsible for supporting business growth maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting Lubrizols commercial strategies across assigned accounts in Thailand. This role will focus on promotional activities with both Additives and Advanced Materials segments ensuring customer connection and alignment with the overall operation objectives set by regional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build business promotion strategy and plan to connect with customers in Thailand supporting its oversea affiliates with their business targets and business segment goals.
- Execute business promotion strategies as defined by regional teams ensuring alignment with local market needs.
- Facilitate its oversea affiliates with the communication process with local customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations for both Additives and Advanced Materials.
- Understand customer needs provide tailored solutions and act as the local advocates for Lubrizol business and products.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback market trends and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with regional technical supply chain marketing and business development teams to ensure efficient communication of customer feedback and market trends.
- Support promotion and implementation of cross-segment commercial initiatives and new product introductions.
Reporting & Analysis
- Regularly report on market trends and customers feedback to the Country Manager.
- Analyze product performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and address potential risks.
Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure all activities comply with Lubrizols ethical standards company policies and applicable local regulations.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in business Chemistry Engineering Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management preferably in one or more of these areas: specialty chemical additives performance materials for footwear advanced coating technologies or consumer solutions for beauty and home care. Knowledge of industry operations regulations and customer needs is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in the Thai market and knowledge of both Additives and Advanced Materials segments are advantageous.
