Our client a property development company seeks to employ a Sales Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients through various channels including phone email social media and in-person interactions.
- Present and promote property listings to clients emphasizing key features and benefits.
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective clients to close sales.
- Assist clients through the purchase process addressing their questions and concerns.
- Conduct research on local property market trends and competition.
- Generate and manage leads including cold calling and networking.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using the companys CRM system.
- Prepare reports on sales activities including weekly updates to the Sales Manager.
- Assist in coordinating sales events and open houses.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to ensure targets are met.
- Provide feedback on client requirements and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Real Estate or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of property market dynamics and customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to understand and address clients needs.
- Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Clear persuasive and able to build rapport quickly.
- Works collaboratively with team members and managers.
