About the Role:
Vines Realty Afrique Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role requires someone with strong market knowledge especially within Lagos and the drive to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads to close property sales effectively.
Build and maintain a strong client network.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to meet business goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in real estate sales or a closely related field.
Deep knowledge of the Lagos property market especially Lekki area.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Must reside in Lagos preferably Lekki and be ready to start immediately.
Self-motivated with a passion for real estate sales.
