Job Summary

Personal Assistant - General Manager

Location: Infopark Kochi

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant or in an administrative support role

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field (mandatory)

Salary: Up to 60000.00 per month (based on previous experience and package)

Shift: 1pm- 10 pm( UK Shift)

Working Days: 6 days a week



Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and familiarity with digital tools.
  • High level of professionalism confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations and administrative functions.
  • Manage and organize the GMs calendar meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Handle emails correspondence and communication on behalf of the GM.
  • Monitor and manage contract renewals vendor agreements and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
  • Coordinate with vendors internal teams and clients to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including lead tracking coordination and performance reporting.
