Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain prospect lists (list building light research)
- Run multi-channel outreach (email LinkedIn existing contacts)
- Follow up on inbound/outbound leads book meetings and do basic qualification
- Support account management (take notes track next steps send recap emails)
- Create reports and automations in CRM to optimize your workflow
- Join mentoring sessions
- Closely collaborate with Recruitment
Requirements
Requirements:
- You have experience in Sales at least 2-3 years
- Tech-savvy with a knack for turning tools into simple repeatable workflows
- Proactive curious organized
- Fluent Hungarian and English
- Basic outbound know-how (LinkedIn email outreach) and solid research skills
- Good time managementyou can juggle multiple leads and deadlines
- Nice to have: familiarity with IT/services
