- Processing Orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring timley delivery and customer satisfaction
- Addressing any issues related to orders or invoicing
- Manage Customer Relationships
- Collaboration with sales team to ensure proper data entry
- Tracking sales activities
- Support Sales Activity
- Calendar Management
- Maintainingup-to-date records in the CRM system
- Sales Documentation and Reporting
- Preparing Sales Reports
- Expense reporting
- Some prior experience with sales support / business administration
- Laboratory Diagnostics or Medical Devices is a strong plus!
- At least high-school education
- University degree is a strong plus!
- Fluent Hungarian and at least intermediate English language skills
- Advanced English is a strong plus!
- Proactivity and willingness to acquire new skills
