Job Summary

Join RUCKUS Networks a CommScope BU team to help shape the future of Wi-Fi. As a Product Manager youll define product strategies collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-performance wireless access point solutions.
How Youll help us to connect the world:
- Drive Wi-Fi product strategy and roadmap execution.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive trends.
- Translate customer insights into product requirements.
- Partner with engineering marketing and sales for successful launches.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
- 3 years in product management ideally in networking or tech.
- Knowledge of wireless networking technologies.
- Strong communication analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
Youll excite us if you have:
- Wi-Fi product experience.
- Background in enterprise-grade product development.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants skill sets years of experience training education geography and other business needs. Depending on experience the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This positions expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $118000.00-$180000.00
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision plans life and accidental death insurance a 401(k) plan and participation in the Companys Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date) as well as other leave options.
