Summary of the role:
The Channel Manager Broker will be responsible for building managing and growing a high-performing broker network to drive revenue growth and market presence. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with brokers CPAs and referral networks enabling them to deliver value to customers while achieving mutual success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development: Recruit onboard and enable broker networks to expand market reach and generate qualified leads.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers CPAs and business owners influencing decision-makers and fostering long-term engagement.
- Partner Enablement: Educate partners on solutions differentiators and customer value propositions. Develop scalable enablement materials and deliver impactful presentations.
- Revenue Growth: Drive pipeline performance and achieve referral and ARR targets through proactive partner engagement and joint selling strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Utilize CRM tools for accurate forecasting performance tracking and reporting to ensure accountability and ROI measurement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Marketing Product and Customer Success teams to align strategies and deliver market-leading solutions.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company within broker associations and local markets to strengthen brand presence and influence.
