Role Summary

CGI is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Project Manager to join our Project Management team. As a Project Manager for Large Scale Assessments you will lead the execution of a portfolio of educational assessment projects research studies and product deliveries. Working closely with clients (philanthropic organizations foundations or state government bodies) youll play a pivotal role in strategizing designing planning and implementing innovative assessment solutions that drive systemic change in education.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of educational assessment and evaluation projects ensuring adherence to methodology work plans budgets timelines and contractual obligations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships managing stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor and evaluate project progress identifying opportunities for improvement proposing corrective measures and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Oversee field activities including developing and delivering training materials conducting training sessions and guiding the team toward successful project implementation.

Enhance efficiency and standardization by improving SOPs and project tools.

Collaborate on data analysis report development and presentations to extract and present actionable insights for stakeholders.

Build motivate and lead a team of project associates to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Key Requirements

Masters/Bachelors degree in business management general management education or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of full-time relevant experience preferably in educational assessments impact consulting project management or impact evaluation.

Proven track record of successfully implementing multiple projects simultaneously demonstrating strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Experience working in the development and public sector with a deep understanding of the sectors challenges trends and best practices.

Sound knowledge of research and evaluation methodologies including statistics and quantitative data analysis.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.

Excellent facilitation and training abilities with proven experience in leading workshops and building team capabilities.
