General Summary: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales Team in maximizing their field-time efficiency by managing sales administrative tasks and coordinating activities with other related functions.
How Youll Help Us Connect the World.
- Facilitate price approvals by coordinating with Sales and Pricing teams.
- Provide inventory and material availability updates to support proposal bidding.
- Collaborate with SE team to validate BoQs and suggest alternative MIDs based on supply.
- Ensure timely distributor order placement and accurate order logging with CSO; verify quote-to-PO alignment.
- Liaise with Legal for OEM authorizations and bid approvals.
- Keep stakeholders informed on billing status for key projects.
- Monitor weekly sales projections vs. bookings; support Sales in report preparation.
- Partner with Planners and CSO for material provisioning and delivery coordination.
- Manage logistics with distributors and partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct quarterly assessments of Point of Purchase (POP) and Point of Sales (POS) data.
- Address operational queries from CSO Planners and Plants.
- Handle distributor support tasks including PO amendments order execution issues and site warranty tracking.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Engineering or a related field.
- 8 years in Sales Operations Order Management or Supply Chain Coordination within technology or manufacturing sectors.
- Deep knowledge of sales processes pricing strategies and inventory management. Proficient in ERP (e.g. SAP Oracle) and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with legal and bid approval procedures.
- Collaborative and proactive problem-solver. Resilient under pressure with a customer-first mindset.
