Job Summary

- Position: Dedicated Float Registered Nurse (RN) - MSTELE
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: 3x12 hour night shifts (7p-7a) weekdays up to 2 weekends/month
- Alternative Schedule: 4x12 hour shifts (OT after 48 hours) if requested at submittal
- Floating: Required between ICU Intermediate Stepdown and MedSurg units as needed
- Holiday Requirement: Must work at least 2 of the 3 major holidays; no holiday RTO requests accepted
- Flexibility: High flexibility required regarding floating and schedule
- Blocked Schedule: Considered if requested at time of submittal
- Certifications Required: BLS ACLS PALS
- Patient Ratios: Typically 1:5-6 varies by unit and patient acuity
- Experience: 1-2 years recent RN experience required; travel experience preferred
- EMR System: EPIC (recent experience/proficiency required)
- Licensure: Active NC or Multistate RN license required
- Dress Code: All white or all navy scrubs
- Local Rule: Candidates must reside more than 40 miles from facility; drivers license required for verification
- Submission Requirements: Qualivis Cover Sheet and current NURSYS report; all RTO must be included on profile cover sheet
