About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and strategic Portfolio Manager to lead a team and manage collection operations effectively. The role involves overseeing portfolio performance ensuring timely recoveries and maintaining healthy customer relationships. Location: Ludhiana
CTC: Up to 7.0 LPA (Team Handling Role)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of collection executives to achieve performance targets.
Oversee portfolio management and recovery operations for assigned region.
Monitor delinquency trends and implement corrective strategies.
Ensure adherence to compliance process and audit standards.
