Location: Palakkad to Trivandrum (Traveling Job)

Reporting To: GM – Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Manager to lead franchise sales operations across Kerala (from Palakkad to Trivandrum). The ideal candidate should possess strong regional awareness excellent sales acumen and hands-on experience in franchise sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage franchise sales and business development activities across Palakkad to Trivandrum regions.
Identify and onboard new franchise partners to expand the company’s network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchise partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Supervise and guide a small team of two sales employees.
Prepare and present sales reports to the GM – Sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards in franchise outlets.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Franchise Sales.
Must be from or have strong knowledge of the Palakkad–Trivandrum region.
Experience in the Waterproofing or Paint industry will be an added advantage.
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
