Requirements

Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science Information Systems or related field preferred
At least 6-8 years of experience working in software development teams
Relevant Agile and Scrum Master Certifications.
Expert proficiency in Scrum is recommended.
Expert proficiency in Agile Process Coaching and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development).

Responsibilities:

Facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
You will also identify and report progress via appropriate metrics.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Lead by example demonstrating Agile principles and practices in all interactions
