To act as a facilitative leader in the coaching and mentoring of multiple teams that solve complex problems guided by the enterprise Agile framework and methodologies. Facilitate task and process to ensure agile ceremonies add value to the team. To engage and influence team members in realising their potential across all levels of seniority and driving a high-performance. To guide the team towards maturity in resolving challenges or issues and remove impediments faced by the team.
Qualifications :
- First Degree in Information Technology and Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator -Sales Cloud or Platform App Builder would be beneficial
- 5 7 Years experience in the full SDLC leading software teams of which 3-4 years in the capacity of a Scrum Master
- Deep expertise in Jira and Confluence
- 2-3 Years experience in or exposure to a Salesforce environment with specific understanding of Flow Apex Lightning Components and Development principles
- Exposure to MuleSoft would be advantageous
