Responsibilities:

Management of USI D365 practice
Contribute to firm growth and profitability goals
Work closely with US counterparts to manage workload and client deliverables
Manage consulting resource workloads across multiple projects
Assist in recruiting new talent into USI to support growth
Coach and mentor junior resources (talent development)
Manage practice utilization

Required Qualifications:

8 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
5 years of experience managing consulting teams and /or practice
Fluent in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of key end to end business processes including but not limited to:
Lead to Quote
Order to cash
Procure to pay
Record to report
Receive to ship (warehouse management)
Plan to produce (manufacturing)
