About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional capable of performing a dual role as Project Manager / PMO and Business Analyst.
The selected candidate will assist the reporting manager in both project governance and delivery tracking as well as requirement gathering and analysis. This hybrid role requires excellent coordination analytical thinking and communication skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management / PMO

Coordinate regularly with developers and stakeholders to collect and document project updates.

Maintain detailed project status reports delivery trackers and dashboards.

Prepare comprehensive project documentation using visual and reporting tools.

Support governance processes ensuring compliance with project standards and schedules.

Monitor project progress identify bottlenecks and proactively escalate risks or issues.

Facilitate team meetings track deliverables and circulate minutes of meetings (MoMs).

Business Analysis

Deep dive into applications to understand functionality workflows and business rules.

Elicit define and document detailed business and functional requirements.

Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure correct implementation and testing.
