Job Summary

Were recruiting for a Client Onboarding Manager to join us. 

Join our Global Client Service Operations team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional onboarding and implementation services for institutional clients. As an Client Onboarding Manager youll lead complex projects collaborate with stakeholders across the business and ensure seamless delivery of client mandates and fund structures in a dynamic and growing environment.

What youll be doing:

  • Coordinating end-to-end implementation of new client mandates and change events
  • Managing operational elements of fund structures and defining processes during transitions
  • Leading project timelines and collaborating with internal teams to meet client objectives
  • Reviewing and validating legal documentation in line with client requirements
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships across multiple business areas
  • Acting as an internal consultant to advise on implementation requirements and best practices
  • Facilitating client meetings and calls to provide progress updates and ensure transparency
  • Designing and improving processes to maintain a risk-controlled and compliant environment

Qualifications :

Who were looking for:

  • Proven experience in investment management with a focus on onboarding and client service
  • Experience onboarding international clients including working with German KvGs
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong knowledge of investment products LDI strategies and derivatives
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence outcomes across stakeholders
  • Highly organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially aware and solution-oriented with a focus on client objectives
