Job Summary

The Role

  • Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt courteous and efficient check in and check out

  • Assisting guests with requests and creating memorable experiences

  • Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest request during night shift such as towels dental kit meals etc

  • Support the night manager / assistant night manager in night audit closure using Ariel Robotic system

  • Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and confident handling of customer complaints in an efficient and proactive manner 


Qualifications :

What we are looking for

  • A natural ability to authentically connect with people
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous Front Office experience is desirable
  • Previous experience with Opera Cloud is favourable
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Can work graveyard hours 11pm to 7am 5 nights/week (full time 38 hrs/week)
  • Valid NSW RSA
  • Candidates to have Full time work right in Australia

  • HIGA 2020 Level 3 rate: Monday to Friday $26.70/hr; Saturday $33.38/hr; Sunday $40.05; Public Holidays $60.08/hr. Late shift penalty (week days only exclude PH): $2.81/hr between 7pm to 12am; $4.22/hr between 12am to 7am.
