The Role
Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt courteous and efficient check in and check out
Assisting guests with requests and creating memorable experiences
Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest request during night shift such as towels dental kit meals etc
Support the night manager / assistant night manager in night audit closure using Ariel Robotic system
Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and confident handling of customer complaints in an efficient and proactive manner
Qualifications :
What we are looking for
- A natural ability to authentically connect with people
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous Front Office experience is desirable
- Previous experience with Opera Cloud is favourable
- Exceptional communication skills
- Can work graveyard hours 11pm to 7am 5 nights/week (full time 38 hrs/week)
- Valid NSW RSA
- Candidates to have Full time work right in Australia
