About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior School Campus Administrator to join our school community. This pivotal role serves as the welcoming face of our dynamic Junior School providing professional and friendly support to visitors contractors parents and students alike.

Reporting to the Head of Junior School the position involves assisting with the day-to-day operations and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Heads and broader team.

This is a full-time fixed term position for the 2026 academic year offering the chance to play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the campus while making a meaningful contribution to our school community.

To be successful in this opportunity you will require:

  • Demonstrated high level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite: e.g. Advanced level Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Outlook Excel (intermediate to advanced).
  • Ideally be experienced in the usage of the Synergetic database and other platforms like Formstack and timetable packages.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with both staff and students.
  • Willingness to take on new projects and complete them in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated high level presentation skills interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment prioritise effectively and manage deadlines.
  • Demonstrates initiative and flexibility with a willingness to work additional hours on occasion.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Possesses a positive attitude to work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and supportively in the Junior School team environment.
  • Willingness to uphold the ethos and values of the School at all times.
  • A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or be willing to obtain prior to employment).
