About The Role
We are seeking an Administratorto join ourThiessWestern Region Maintenance hub located in HazelmereworkingaMonday to Friday roster. The Maintenance Hub is designed to support repairs and refurbish a variety of Mining Equipment and Components within Thiess and subsidiary internal Asset refurbishment requirements as well as external key Tier 1 mining customers. This role is on a 2 year fixed term contract.
Additionally you will:
- Coordinate and deliver efficient and effective administration planning and support
- Maintain and update asset master data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Administer asset transactions including capitalisation transfers PPSR registrations and disposals
- Manage procurement activities related to assets and leases including Procure-to-Pay administration
- Set up and maintain lease master records
- Process rebates and support Business Unit Procure-to-Pay activities
- Review and process expense claims Business Unit credit card expenses and asset-related expenses
- Maintain correspondence notes filing systems and process invoices and procure employees in compliance with company requirements
About You
- 2years experiencein a similar position(experience in a maintenance workshop desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with JDE advantageous
- Well-developed written and oral communication negotiating and influencing skills
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail
