NEPEAN Conveyors a division of NEPEAN delivers fully engineered turnkey conveying and materials handling solutions to some of the worlds largest mining companies. Since 1985 weve been designing manufacturing and installing conveyor components and systems including pulleys idlers rapid advancerapid retreat systems and drive heads. We also provide on-site maintenance and relocation services ensuring our operations run smoothly for our clients.
Your Opportunity
Were looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our team on a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity this role youll be the backbone of our site services operations keeping projects on track supporting engineering teams and ensuring compliance is always up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
General site administration tasks to support smooth operations
Employee timekeeping and data entry
Finance administration including raising purchase orders goods receipting and customer invoicing
Administration of site induction systems
Coordinating employee inductions and uploading compliance documentation
Engineering administration support including completing drawing handover documentation
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is highly regarded
About You
Experienced in administrative roles (minimum 2 years preferred)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with CRM systems and PRONTO ERP is an advantage
Positive proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
