About the Role:
At Payoneer were building the next generation of our global monetization platform - powering fees pricing and customer journeys for millions of businesses worldwide. Were looking for a technical and growth-oriented Product Manager who is equally comfortable with infrastructure products and with customer journeys that drive adoption and revenue.
What youll be spending your time on
- Monetization innovation: Contribute to pricing packaging and fee capabilities that enable sustainable revenue growth.
- Infrastructure mindset: Work closely with engineering on APIs back-office tools and scalable infra that support global compliance and governance.
- Customer journey focus: Partner with design and data to shape onboarding upgrade and usage flows that improve conversion and retention.
- Experimentation & PLG: Collaborate on experiments and in-product levers that accelerate adoption and validate hypotheses.
- Data-driven product thinking: Define KPIs track performance and analyze results to guide prioritization.
- Cross-company collaboration: Work with engineering compliance sales design and operations to ensure alignment and delivery.
What were looking for
- 5 years of product management experience ideally in fintech or monetization domains.
- Proven experience in analytical product work forming hypotheses running experiments interpreting results.
- Strong technical acumen comfortable with APIs systems discussions and platform-scale considerations.
- Understanding of customer journeys and PLG techniques able to contribute to conversion and engagement strategies.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across functions and seniority levels
Nice to have
- Experience in payments fees billing or subscription infrastructure.
- Familiarity with global/multi-market products and localization challenges.
- Hands-on skills in SQL analytics or BI tools.
- Background in compliance governance and risk in regulated industries.
