Job Summary
Job Title: Senior AI Engineer (Healthcare Domain)
Location: Work from Office (On-site)
Experience: 8 – 10 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with strong architectural expertise to
design and deliver advanced AI-driven solutions in the healthcare domain. The ideal
candidate will leverage modern AI coding tools and frameworks to accelerate development
and build scalable production-grade systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions for healthcare applications
• Develop optimize and deploy AI models and intelligent systems
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Git-based workflows AI copilots) to improve
development efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists product managers
and healthcare experts
• Ensure scalability security and compliance of AI systems within healthcare standards
• Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in AI engineering and architecture
• Drive innovation using modern AI frameworks LLMs and automation tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8–10 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML
• Proven experience in solution architecture and system design
• Hands-on experience with:
o Git and version control best practices
o AI coding assistants (e.g. Copilot Claude-based tools Sonnet or similar)
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred)
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch etc.)
• Solid understanding of APIs microservices and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience in deploying AI models to production environments
Educational Qualification (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in:
o Computer Science
o Engineering (any relevant discipline such as IT ECE etc.)
Domain Requirement (Mandatory)
• Prior experience in Healthcare / HealthTech is required
• Understanding of healthcare data standards compliance (HIPAA or equivalent) and
workflows is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI
• Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and CI/CD integration
• Exposure to data engineering and big data tools
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
