Job Summary

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Engineer to design implement and scale enterprise-grade Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in identity platforms strong automation capabilities and a security-first mindset aligned with zero trust principles.
Key Responsibilities
Identity & Access Management Engineering
- Design and implement IAM solutions using Okta Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID
- Engineer secure authentication authorization and SSO integrations
- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Just-In-Time (JIT) access models
- Optimize identity lifecycle management for both human and non-human identities
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Implement security best practices for privileged and administrative access
- Enforce least privilege access approval workflows and session governance
- Manage time-bound and controlled access mechanisms
Automation & Engineering Excellence
- Build automation-first IAM solutions
- Develop scripts using Python / PowerShell for provisioning deprovisioning and access control
- Create reusable workflows APIs and integrations to eliminate manual processes
- Enhance system reliability scalability and performance
Project Execution & Delivery
- Lead and execute complex IAM and identity security initiatives
- Translate business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Manage risks timelines and ensure successful delivery outcomes
Governance Policy & Compliance
- Develop and maintain IAM policies standards and documentation
- Support audit compliance and governance requirements
- Align IAM frameworks with zero trust security models
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in IAM / Identity Security Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Okta
- Active Directory
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- Proven experience in implementation (not support roles)
- Strong understanding of:
- Authentication & Authorization
- RBAC JIT PAM
- Identity lifecycle management
- Proficiency in automation scripting (Python / PowerShell)
- Experience with API integrations and workflow automation (Okta Workflows)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Zero Trust Architecture
- Exposure to non-human identity management
- Experience working in product-based organizations
- Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities
