We are inviting applications for the role of Asst. Manager T&E
This role requires an accounting graduate with excellent India Accounting Knowledge specially in P2P & T&E Domain and should have led a team size of 5 people.
In this role you will be expected to work on strict deadlines in a fast paced business environment while being a good teammate.
Responsibilities
You shall be responsible for all the activities related to record to report which include but are not exhaustive:
Lead and manage the T&E team to ensure accurate and timely processing of expense reports and their payments
Ensuring Timely review and audit of the expense reports submitted in accordance with Travel and Expense policy
Ensuring Timely posting of all the approved expense report into ERP
Validation and reconciliation of Concur Interface with the ERP
Ensure all the employees queries are resolved on time
Ensure Strict Governance and compliance adherence of Travel and Expense policy defined by the company by the employees
Input GST trackers are prepared and relevant entries are posted into ERP on time
Managing and monitoring of advances issuance to Employee as well as recovery of aged advances
Managing and monitoring of Vehicle advances loan issuance to Employee as well as recovery of aged advances
Close monitoring of exit cases for any pending / open expenses and recovery
Ensuring timely reconciliation of Petro card limits and expense approval as per defined process
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for month-end and year-end closing activities
Interact with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues
Ensuring the internal and external audits are well taken into account with data and supporting required by auditors
Support the metrics reporting for the relevant process
People Management be a peoples manager involving in hiring structured learning path operations mentor for the team.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate (MBA Finance preferred)
Relevant experience
Required qualifications
Excellent Communication skill and the ability to engage customers in significant discussions
Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS excel and PowerPoint
Good analytical problem solving & decision making skills
Ability to handle team and client discussions
Good understanding of Concur
Preferred qualifications
Good understanding of JD Edwards
Experience in a shared services or multinational environment
