We are looking for aDelivery Manager (Strategic Modelling) to join our team. This role will be based at our AtkinsRéalis office in Bangalore/Gurgaon India.

Essential requirements:

• Appropriate academic and professional qualifications (Bachelors Degree with Masters degree in transport planning/ transportation engineering).
• Working experience (15 years) in Transport Planning software like VISUM CUBE EMME SATURN DIADEM.
• Experience and knowledge of Strategic Modelling techniques and guidance.
• Knowledge of the technical transport planning environment.
• Strong numerate and analytical abilities including a high degree of competence in MS Excel.
• Able to write a quality technical report.
• Ability to work in a team as part of a wider project.
• Experience in leading smaller teams as part of a project delivery.
• Good written communication skills.
• Be able to work individually.

Desirable requirements:

• Be highly self-motivated and ambitious.
• Be able to adapt to different cultures and working environments to build rapport with customers.
• Be able to build excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Knowledge and experience of UK or US regional modelling guidance and approaches
• Experience in the use of analytical and research tools such as GIS and the use of databases
• An appreciation of the transport industry and related policy context
• Professional membership of a relevant institution.
• Experience in programming skills like Python PowerBI Excel-VBA and R.
