AA Hospitality LLP is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our dedicated Project team in Bangalore. This full-time on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to lead various hospitality projects that enhance our service offerings and operational efficiency.
As a Project Manager you will oversee the planning execution and delivery of projects within the hospitality sector. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our strategic goals and enhance guest experiences.
We offer a competitive salary range of 50000 - 60000 monthly along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project timelines resources and budgets
- Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to develop project objectives and deliverables
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management
- Foster a positive team environment and motivate team members
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of project management experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project Trello)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
