The role entails multiple responsibilities at the Field & Head Office Level
Field Operations
- Daily co-ordination & Follow up with Field Sales Officers on coverage productivity & KPIs achievement.
- Resolve any conflicts & issues arising between Distributor & DRNHSL Field Sales team.
- Liaison with Nestle Sales team & DRNHSL Rx team to improve ground operations effectiveness.
- Travel to market and work with the team for at least 10-12 days in a month to review ways of working & act as coach to give on job training to the team.
Head Office
- Stakeholder Management Build strong connect with DRNHSL Shared Services team to resolve any Distributor management / CFA operations related agendas.
- Customer Marketing Design monthly trade marketing retailer inputs & Shopper visibility planning along with Trade head. Drive execution of the same with the Field -ordinate with brand team for trade samples & retailer / shopper activation planning. DRNHSL SPOC for Nutrition POSM vendors co-ordination. Driving POSM execution in trade by the team.
- Finance / Logistic co-ordination Discussion & alignment with Finance & logistics team on sales order planning invoicing credit limit setting claim processing expiry collection & processing SOPs.
- Commercial Excellence Prepare salesmen order taking books & detailers. Designing sales call process & driving in-market adherence. Preparing monthly incentive structure & KPIs. Post completion of month prepare final incentives payout for team. Partner with MIS team member to design daily reporting templates & KPI dashboards. Design salesmen training & induction template. Plan & execute internal & external launch meetings.
