Sales Executive drives revenue by finding new clients nurturing existing relationships and selling products/services involving lead generation product demos negotiating deals meeting targets and collaborating internally acting as the main link between the company and customers to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers via calls emails networking and research.
Client Engagement: Presenting solutions demonstrating products answering questions and building trust.
Sales Closure: Negotiating terms preparing quotes processing orders and closing deals.
Account Management: Maintaining relationships with existing clients ensuring satisfaction and finding upselling opportunities.
Reporting & Admin: Using CRM software tracking sales reporting on performance and managing sales pipelines.
Strategy & Growth: Staying updated on market trends competitors and attending industry events.
Essential Skills:
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Proficiency with CRM software.
Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
Typical Work Environment:
Can be office-based (inside sales) field-based (client visits) or hybrid.
Involves collaboration with marketing customer service and product teams.
