Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations within a hotel. The role focuses on service excellence team management cost control and revenue growth while ensuring high guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and service standards

  • Lead train and supervise service staff and supervisors

  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality

  • Handle guest feedback complaints and escalations

  • Drive restaurant revenue upselling and promotions

  • Monitor food & beverage costs wastage and inventory

  • Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams

  • Ensure hygiene safety and FSSAI compliance

  • Prepare daily reports MIS and performance analysis

  • Maintain SOPs and brand standards
