Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations and service standards
Lead train and supervise service staff and supervisors
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
Handle guest feedback complaints and escalations
Drive restaurant revenue upselling and promotions
Monitor food & beverage costs wastage and inventory
Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams
Ensure hygiene safety and FSSAI compliance
Prepare daily reports MIS and performance analysis
Maintain SOPs and brand standards
