About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to join the school full-time on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will:
- Oversee financial planning budgeting and reporting across the school
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Prepare management accounts forecasts and financial statements
- Support the senior leadership team with strategic financial advice
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the smooth running and strategic development of the school
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a finance management role ideally within an education or independent school setting
- Strong accounting budgeting and financial reporting skills
- Proficiency with finance software and MS Excel
- Excellent communication organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- Legal right to work in the UK
