Tasks
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles preferably within the education or training sector.
- Strong understanding of HR principles practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
