About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Oracle Fusion Consultants. The selected candidates will be trained and guided by experienced consultants in implementing supporting and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across HCM SCM and Finance modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Undergo structured training on Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (HCM SCM Finance).
Assist in configuration testing and documentation of Oracle Fusion solutions.
Support in business requirement gathering and functional documentation.
Help analyze business processes and suggest improvements using Oracle best practices.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations data migration and reporting.
Participate in user training and go-live support activities.
Maintain and update project documentation and issue logs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Training in Oracle Fusion is mandatory.
Basic understanding of ERP systems or business processes (Finance / HR / Procurement / Inventory / Supply Chain).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
Certification or coursework in Oracle Fusion Cloud or ERP (preferred but not mandatory).
Training and Growth:
Hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
Mentorship from senior consultants and domain experts.
Opportunity to work on live implementation and support projects.
Career progression path to Functional Consultant / Associate Consultant roles.
