We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter who excels at managing end-to-end non-technical hiring and possesses working knowledge of core HR operations. The ideal professional will partner with business leaders to attract high-caliber talent across functions such as finance marketing operations administration and support roles while also contributing to HR initiatives like onboarding employee engagement and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage end-to-end hiring lifecycle for non-technical roles including Finance HR Marketing Operations Administration and Support.
Develop a robust talent pipeline by leveraging professional networks referrals job boards (LinkedIn Naukri etc.) and social media.
Conduct detailed screening evaluate candidate competency and ensure the right cultural fit.
Collaborate closely with business leaders to define hiring plans timelines and role specifications.
Lead the offer management process salary discussions and post-offer follow-up for a smooth joining experience.
Track recruitment analytics like TAT cost per hire offer-to-join ratio and source effectiveness to enhance process efficiency.
Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely updates throughout the hiring cycle.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit or Workday to manage candidate pipelines schedule interviews and maintain data accuracy.
Manage job postings across all active portals and internal systems.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards trackers and reports to provide weekly hiring insights.
Lead candidates through the entire selection and onboarding journey with ownership of quality and timelines.
Partner with internal HR and IT teams to ensure seamless pre-boarding and onboarding handover.
Assist HR in coordinating new hire onboarding and induction sessions.
Support in maintaining employee records offer documentation and compliance with paperwork.
Contribute to small-scale engagement initiatives and help update HR reports when required.
Proven expertise in Non-Tech / Corporate hiring (Finance HR Admin Marketing etc.) Experience in tech hiring is a plus.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment stakeholder management and talent mapping.
Strong working knowledge of ATS or HRMS systems (Zoho Recruit Workday or similar).
Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage high-volume hiring with speed and precision.
Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding coordination.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
34 years of hands-on experience in corporate recruitment with exposure to HR operations.
