We are looking for a Back Office / Support Officer to join our operations team in Paphos.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client account administration processing financial transactions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments.
Previous experience in the Forex or Financial Services industry is an advantage but not required full training will be provided.
Requirements
13 years of experience in an administrative or back-office role (Forex experience is a plus but not mandatory).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Eligible to work in Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
Process client deposits withdrawals and internal transfers.
Verify client documents and ensure KYC compliance.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Liaise with the finance and compliance teams to resolve transaction issues.
Assist in onboarding new clients and updating account information.
Ensure all processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Generate and maintain back-office reports.
Provide general administrative support to internal departments.
Respond promptly to internal queries and support requests.
