We are seeking a Back Office / Support Officer to join our Operations team at a well-established Forex company based in Paphos. The successful candidate will handle client account administration process financial transactions and support smooth daily operations across multiple departments.
While previous experience in the Forex or Financial Services industry is an advantage it is not required full training will be provided.
Requirements
13 years of experience in an administrative or back-office role (Forex experience is a plus but not essential).
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Positive professional attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
Must be eligible to work in Cyprus.

Process client deposits withdrawals and internal transfers.
Verify client documents and ensure full KYC compliance.
Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
Liaise with Finance and Compliance teams to resolve transaction-related issues.
Support onboarding of new clients and update account information.
Ensure all operational processes follow company policies and regulatory standards.
Generate and maintain back-office reports.
Provide administrative support to internal departments.
Respond promptly to internal queries and operational support requests.
