We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager/Team Leader to join our organization in Davao City Philippines. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for guiding motivating and developing a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals and drive success.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals ensuring optimal performance and productivity
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet department objectives and key performance indicators
- Provide mentorship coaching and performance feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify and resolve operational issues implementing process improvements as needed
- Conduct regular team meetings and foster open communication within the team
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics providing regular reports to upper management
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and industry regulations
- Participate in recruitment onboarding and training of new team members
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages innovation teamwork and professional growth
Qualifications :
- Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in a leadership role demonstrating strong team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and relevant software tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Experience in performance management including setting goals providing feedback and conducting reviews
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field (preferred)
- Leadership or management certifications (e.g. PMP Six Sigma) are a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
