JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Registered Nurse Manager - Cardiac Medical Unit
RN MGR - HRT MED
Full-Time
Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Cardiac Medical Unit will have the following job responsibilities:
- Maintain expert clinical knowledge of areas within the department.
- Manage day to day operations involving scheduling patient rounding and ensure patient satisfaction and care experience.
- Assist with competency development.
- Assist with patient flow.
- Interview and hire personnel.
- Assess and evaluate employee work performance; implement learning and performance plans and complete staff yearly evaluations.
- Counsel staff; implement disciplinary process when indicated including termination.
- Provide leadership in compliance with regulatory agency standards national nursing standards and specialty nursing standards.
- Evaluate patient outcomes.
- Assist Director with unit budget.
- Maintain quality audits and monitor daily core measures.
- Monitor and maintain supply management.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Cardiac Medical Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- 1-3 Years Related Experience within the acute care setting
- 4 Year Bachelors Degree Preferred
- State of NH Registered Nurse or valid compact state RN License Required
- MUST HAVE CARDIAC experience
