Evolution Sports Group is a leading care agency that provides support to individuals with disabilities and special needs. We are currently seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Agency Scheduler/Client Support Specialist.
As a Care Agency Scheduler/Client Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our agency. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules of our clients and caregivers as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing schedules for clients and caregivers ensuring that all shifts are filled and any changes are communicated in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of client and caregiver schedules ensuring that all information is up to date and easily accessible
- Responding to client inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner providing support and guidance as needed
- Collaborating with our team of caregivers to ensure that all client needs are met and providing support as needed
- Working closely with our recruitment team to identify and onboard new caregivers to meet the needs of our growing client base
- Participating in regular team meetings and providing input on ways to improve our services and processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in a related field preferred
- Previous experience in scheduling or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals with disabilities and special needs
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Pay Rate: $35-55 per hour depending on experience
Training Pay: $30 per hour (1-week paid training)
Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completion
Work Schedule: Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
