We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to join our team at Radiology Partners. As a leading radiology practice in the U.S. we are looking for an individual who is committed to transforming radiology and advancing our mission. The Procurement Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth procurement process for our healthcare facilities nationwide.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement of goods and services for hospitals and healthcare facilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during procurement processes
Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and terms
Monitor inventory levels and track procurement activities
Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs
Participate in supplier selection and evaluation processes
Recommend process improvements to streamline procurement operations

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field
Proven experience in procurement purchasing or supply chain management
Strong knowledge of procurement processes policies and regulations
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or related field
Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
Experience with contract management and vendor relations

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $65000 - $90000 per year
