Job Summary

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Procurement Specialist to join Bitwardens team. As a Procurement Specialist you will play a critical role in managing the procurement process ensuring cost-effectiveness and supporting the organizations operational needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes.
Identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining the quality of goods and services.
Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and supplier capabilities.
Negotiating with vendors to secure favorable terms and agreements.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
Monitoring supplier performance and resolving any issues that may arise.
Ensuring compliance with procurement policies procedures and regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field.
Proven experience in procurement sourcing or purchasing roles.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or related fields.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $65000 - $90000 USD per year.
