Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users on various IT issues and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate issues as needed.
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Assist in network maintenance and system security tasks.
- Document support processes and resolutions for future reference.
- Deliver training and guidance to users on IT-related topics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in technical support roles in IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of software hardware and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing technical support.
- Experience with providing support in a non-profit or international development setting is a plus.
- Certifications in IT support or relevant areas would be advantageous.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $120000 - $125000 (USD) per year.
