Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Management Supply Chain Finance or Accounting etc. or related field from accredited university

Training / Certification:
Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation preferred.

Related Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in parts development and procurement
OEM or parts components supplier experience desired
Long-term planning and strategy development experience desired

Skills / Knowledge:
MS Word Excel & PowerPoint
SAP preferred
Proficient knowledge about automotive component supply chain quality control and manufacturing processes
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent presentation and reporting skills
Team player mentality who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
Bilingual preferred Ability to read write and speak English and Korean fluently
Domestic / International travel required.

Physical Demands
While in Office:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:

When in Production Area (if applicable):
Standing walking bending and reaching for extended durations
Repeated lifting carrying pushing or pulling of materials and products (up to 2530 pounds)
Manual dexterity for handling power tools machinery or production equipment
Working in environments that may be noisy hot or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively
Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes as required
