Deeper Learning Implementation Leaders
February - June 2026 | The North Andover Middle School is looking for teachers representing every grade and discipline to serve as Deeper Learning Implementation Leaders to learn and support instructional strategies and routines that strengthen teaching and learning. The staff chosen for these positions will receive $40/hr with a maximum of 10 hours.
The job responsibilities are as follows: - Attend in-person meetings:
- Wednesday 2/22/26 2:45-4:15 (90 minutes)
- Wednesday 3/4/26 2:45-3:45 (60 minutes)
- Wednesday 2/22/26 2:45-3:45 (60 minutes)
- Wednesday 2/22/26 2:45-4:15 (90 minutes)
- Practice HQIM-aligned planning tools and deeper learning protocols
- Analyze student work and instructional artifacts to calibrate rigor and expectations
- Co-plan scaffolds and accommodations with special education teachers to create opportunities for equitable access
- Share insights and model practices during department and grade-level meetings
- Work collaboratively with building and district leadership to plan the implementation of these tools during the 26-27 school year.

Additional Information:
Deeper Learning Leaders will participate in professional development co-developed by school & district leaders along with the DESE Kaleidoscope Collective to cultivate effective instructional practices and planning routines that foster deeper learning high-quality core and tiered instruction and affirming and supportive learning environments.
Deeper learning practices are standards-aligned active on-going meaningful learning experiences which will develop students mastery identity and creativity.
These deeper learning opportunities align to our instructional vision that all students are provided equal access to an excellent education that encourages them to improve their capacity to think critically communicate effectively understand and manage emotions and engage in academic risks.
This opportunity is funded through the FC105 Deeper Learning Implementation Network Grant.
